The staff here was super friendly and really helped us out with some great tips. Our king room had everything we needed, like a microwave, air conditioning, and an iron - it was so comfy! 🌟

I was in town for a family funeral.Other family members were also joining me at the hotel. The staff were extremely courteous / understanding as we waited for various members to arrive. The restaurant on site (staff and menu) was excellent and adjusted menus for dietary concerns and late night meals. Rooms (2 queens) were very spacious, clean, and housekeeping courteous / cooperative with meeting our needs. The pool and hot tub / jacuzzi were bonus on a "down moment". All facilities were very clean and well maintained. Location of hotel to main rounds was excellent...but slightly set back from the traffic so very quiet. Since we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, we appreciated the "rate" we received and would highly recommend the hotel to others.

Rooms are clean and modern with amenities like an iron and fireplace. Great location only 2 miles away from World Waterpark. - Situated in a safe area.

I had a good stay and would definitely book here again, thanks very much. It was a good basic hotel which had excellent service.

Staff and location here were great. There were a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a TV set in the room, loved that. Everything was perfect and within 15 minutes' drive of Edmonton Municipal airport. Overall good stay for the price.

The breakfast spot at this place was top-notch, serving up some hot dishes 🍳. the bathroom was kept pretty tidy, which I found nice. the location was perfect for checking out the area. Also, grabbed a tasty brunch at the Zesty Bar & Grill nearby.

Staying here for shopping was great, totally recommendable. The hotel was clean and the location was awesome to the West edmonton mall.

Comfortable, quiet room. Well appointed. Close to shopping and the business area I needed to access.

Finding clothing articles from the previous guest brings in to question the cleanliness or attention to detail by the cleaning staff.

Room was properly cleaned, but the breakfast was not great 🥯. The view was not impressive either. The staff, however, were amazing and quick in fulfilling any requests made.

Great location for exploring local restaurants and bars, just a short 10-minute walk from the bus station.

The room was perfect and very clean. We had no problems with check-in our check-out and they had everything we needed and wanted. We were very impressed.

The hotel has a fantastic central location in a wonderful area.

Room wasn't cleaned. Soap and towels weren't changed out. And only had one bath robe
